Chocfun and Lolliesonline is a division of Fundraising “Buy” Confectionery Ltd.

Other than account customers, payment is required before despatch. Payment is to be made at the time of placing the order using credit card or bank transfer. You will be redirected to secure payment gateways Verifone and POLi.

We are a New Zealand-based company and our address is 82-84 Princes St, Onehunga, Auckland. We only supply our products to mainland New Zealand addresses unless alternative arrangements are made.

All pricing is displayed in New Zealand Dollars and freight charges may be extra. Please refer to our shipping information page.

The credit cards accepted include MasterCard & Visa, and American Express. Payments are made through secure payment gateways.

We do not collect or store any credit card details. We do not and will never provide personal data to another third party.

For damaged goods or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

We will accept fundraising product returns of unopened Carry Boxes in good condition. We must be notified within 30 days and goods returned within 40 days.
